| Based on records provided by Sales Reps, the following fields are entered
on monthly basis: customer code, sales rep code, and type of call made (i.e., phone call,
office call, plant/jobsite call). |
| A popup window shows detailed activity by customer, accessed from the
Scan Customer Masterfile window. |
| This window can be used by the GM, President, Sales Manager, etc. to call
up an individual customer and see who has been contacting that customer and how often. |
| A 12-month history is provided. |
