WHAT IT DOES

bulletBased on records provided by Sales Reps, the following fields are entered on monthly basis: customer code, sales rep code, and type of call made (i.e., phone call, office call, plant/jobsite call).
bulletA popup window shows detailed activity by customer, accessed from the   Scan Customer Masterfile window.
bulletThis window can be used by the GM, President, Sales Manager, etc. to call up an individual customer and see who has been contacting that customer and how often.
bulletA 12-month history is provided.
